Detergent making machine

Three types of machine are required for detergent making. These are Mixture machine, Screaming machine and Sealing machine.

Mixture machine : This machine is used to mix Soda Ash, Glauber Salt and Colour etc.

Screaming machine : Detergents are make even more finely with this machine.

Sealing machine : Packets are sealed with this machine.

Detergent Powder making process ( How to make detergent powder )

Making process is given below

First take Acid Slurry and put AOS in it after that put DCOL in it.

DCOL is used to reduce negative effect of chemicals.

After that mix CBX in it and mix all the three chemicals in a container. CBX is mixed well.

After that all the powders is to be mixed well so use mixture machine to mix it.

Use mixture machine to mix all chemicals in powder form. Take 35 Kg Glauber salt, 5 Kg Soda Ash, 5 Kg Dolomite, Tri Sodium Phosphate and mix them in machine. Run this in reverse and forward both way so that all the chemicals will be mixed properly.

After that mix Colour salt, Whitener and Perfume in this mixture. With adding colour salt detergent becomes attractive and perfume adds aroma in it.

After that add sodium tri poly phosphate and carboxy methyl cellulose in it and pour the already made acid slurry solution in this machine and mix them.

After all the chemicals are mixed well, leave it to dry for 12 hours. When it dries completely, you will find that it has become thick ie. lump.

To make it fine, you can use the Screaming Machine and put it into it and make it fine.

In this way your detergent is prepared and you can also pack it for the market.

Detergent Powder Packaging : 

You can use packets of your own brands for packing. And if you got work from any company then you will have to use packets of their brand.

Before packing take care of what quantity of packets you are making.

Try to make your packets attractive. It is even better if there is a picture of lemon etc. on the packet.

For packaging use sealing machine. The packet is made very well with this machine and looks attractive.

For detergent powder manufacturing business, you will to get registration of your company under LLP, OPC etc. Along with this also required to obtain two types of licenses from Polution Control Board that is ‘Content to Establish’ and ‘Content to operate’ licenses. both  BIS registration has to be done for quality control.
