Open space and away from city
The business like Poultry Farms and Diary Farms, you need to identify a location which should be away from city and have open space. Because if you open this type of business in city then it will cost you dearly. Labor cost is also more expensive in city therefore better to open Poultry farm or Diary Farm away from the city
And for diary Farm you need a open space with sufficient space, water and electricity. Diary Farms required big area and space for cattle so that all the things can be arranged properly.

Populated and living standard area
When you are thinking do business like taking KFC franchise, you will have to identify proper location having populated area and people living of higher standard. Since KFC before giving franchise take full review of location and space where franchise is to be made.
