Incense stick manufacturing

Manufacturing process is a very simple it requires Bamboo sticks and some raw materials as Sandal, charcoal and perfumes etc.

Process

First step is to grind sandal, wood and charcoal and mix gouger with it and make a paste.

Now wrap this paste on wood stick, this can be done by hand and machine both. To do by hand take paste on hand and roll over wood stick. The stick is prepared but there is no scent.

If you want to make good quality incense stick then stick fine grinded sandal over stick and dip into solution made from chemical and natural products.

You can make aromatic chemical solution as follows

To prepare aromatic oils or solution following items are required.

Benzyl alcohol = 10 grams
Sandalwood oil = 60 grams
Lamassus = 20 grams
Linalyl acetate = 10 grams
Benzyl acetate = 50 grams
Idol 10% solution = 10 grams
Alka amyl aldehyde 10% solution in 4 grams alcohol

Make a solution with above chemicals and dip stick into it. This solution is sufficient for 2500 Incense stick. After drying fill up in packets.

Incense making machine
