Identify the source of raw water – The first stage is to make a decision about the source of water that should be is clean and available in large quantities. These sources of water can be borewells, water supplied by the municipality or other sources which can later be used for the treatment of drinking water by water treatment plant.
Store raw water – In the next process is to store water in a tank with pipe connections and valves so that as per the requirement water can be used for treatment.
Water treatment process – In the water treatment process, we add the required amount of chlorine in the water besides the process of water softening, reverse osmosis (RO) process, UV sterilization and ozone disinfection process is carried out.
Water testing – In this process we test pure water in an indoor water testing laboratory. In the laboratory, water is tested for microbial and chemical parameters.
Pure Water Storage (Bottles / Jars / Pouches) – Machine is used to fill the processed water in bottles, in jars and in pouches.
Coagulation process – This is the first step in which the alum chemical is added to remove impurities present in the water. This alum produces a chemically positive charge, which stick with negative charges particles and becomes larger in size, and these impurities are easily removed. After doing this process, the water is placed at the stable end for one hour.
Reverse Osmose Process – By reverse osmose process the impurities present in water such as salts are dissolved.
Chlorination of water – This process is used to kill bacteria and other micro-organisms in the chlorine tank with the help of chlorine gas.
Sand filtering – To remove insoluble impurities in water, the water is passed through sand filters to remove these insoluble impurities.
Carbon Filtration Chlorination – After the sand filtering process, this water is then passed through a carbon filter to remove the odor and color present in the water.
Packing and Bottling – After undergoing various processes, the clean water is packaged and bottled with the help of machines.
After the production of packaged drinking water, you need to market and brand your product because there are already many brands in the market which are taking over the market.
